Silivri villa project started in 2022 and is located in the Kavaklı district of Silivri. It was built as a basement + 2 floors in a total of 1000 m2 land.
60×60 ceramics were used on the ground floor. On the upper floors, 15 mm laminate flooring is preferred. All doors are lacquered. In addition, the bedroom cabinets are MDF and membrane coating. Our windows are double-opening special production of a German company.
We aimed for a modern look in our furniture preferences. Therefore, our kitchen furniture is also made in lacquer. We also gave our villa a marble look by using Italian paint on the living room and kitchen walls.
We built an overflow pool and fire pit in our garden. We used ceramic sheathing for the exterior. Thus, we gave our villa a modern look. In addition, we have increased the aesthetic appearance of our villa by using stone cladding on the balcony columns.
During the construction process, we spent 10 months in total, including rough construction and fine construction, after the license was obtained. Due to the effect of the winter months, we had some difficulties during the construction process, but we successfully completed our project.
